Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund requests without valid reasons are not supported.

If you email us before the parcel is shipped and have a special reason to cancel, well review your case and may approve the cancellation and refund.

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Items
    If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the damage. After verification, we will issue a full refund.

  2. Empty Package
    If you receive an empty package, please provide an unboxing video as proof. Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund.

For all other situations, including change of mind, dislike of the product, or any issue not listed above, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We reserve the right to request additional proof when necessary in order to process your claim.

 

Shipping Address:

Once a parcel has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing the order, please email us immediately.

Please ensure your address is accurate and complete – ideally, one that can be located on Google Maps. If your address is an apartment, please include your floor androom number.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address information, or because the delivery person cannot access the property, you will need to contact the local courier directly.

We will, however, do our best to assist you in communicating with the courier to resolve theissue.

If the parcel is returned to the logistics warehouse because of an address issue, we can help arrange a reshipment (within the same city only).

Any reshipment fee will need to be covered by the buyer.

Address Verification Before Shipping:

Before dispatching, we’ll review all shipping addresses to ensure they are accurate.

If we find missing or incorrect information, well email you for confirmation or help you correct it.

If you do not respond within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Lost Parcels:

We regularly track shipments.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, well proactively contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Delivered but Not Received:

If the tracking status shows “delivered” and the courier has provided proof of delivery, but you claim not to have received it, wve recommend filing a police report.

We are willing to fully cooperate with the investigation.
